This was my first experience dealing with a repair shop. Raul, at the collision clinic, was super helpful! He explained the whole process and what was going to happen once I got ahold of my insurance after my car accident. I wasn't afraid to ask questions and he made me feel like I was being listened to. It was such a positive experience, I will definitely be going to them again with all my future car troubles! Thank you again for making me feel comfortable with my first time experience.
