Let me start by saying I recommend ABC Auto Care's BMW repair service by 100% They saved my BMW M4 from the erroneous and lazy diagnosis by the local BMW dealership. They are easily the best service I've been treated to when it comes to auto repair and diagnosis. They are honest, and upfront, and will find the source of the problem. On my 2014 BMW M4, I had a rough idle and low coolant. I brought it originally to the local BMW dealership only to be told they had done some testing and it was "all good" Well, it wasn't! There was a coolant leak somewhere as the coolant level was low. After paying the BMW dealership a large amount of money for an erroneous diagnosis, I brought it to ABC Auto Care for a second opinion.

They went deeper than the initial testing done by the dealer and found an internal coolant leak at the turbocharger intercooler. Even though the check engine light was not on, this is a huge issue with the M4s of the era and the BMW dealer should have known. Had I waited longer and trusted the dealership's diagnosis, the engine on my M4 would have been toast.

Anders, (the service adviser) made sure to keep me in the communications loop and was very upfront about the severity of the issue. He included pictures and price quotes before moving forward on repairs. Had the work been done at the dealership, it would have cost over $5 K easily. ABC Auto Care saved me a ton of money on the repair. Additionally, they provided me with a loaner car while the repairs were being done.

Anders went as far as finding out there may be some extended warranty on this specific repair still covered by BMW and is actively trying to put the claim through. My Bimmer now runs like new, smooth, and back to normal power. If you are thinking about bringing your higher-end car in, have no worries. They are A+++ in all categories
